猫が来た

帰ると猫がいた。
名前は景虎。
3ヶ月の仔猫だそうな。
景虎はどこにでももぐりこむ。高いところに登りたがる。一緒に寝たがる。どこまでも後をついてくる。酒の冷蔵庫を覗きたがる。鉢植えの土の上に座りたがる。
トイレの砂をいらって遊んでいるので「それは遊ぶものじゃないんだよ」と諭したら「世の中のものは全てワガハイの遊ぶおもちゃだ」ときょとりとした顔で言われたような気がした。気づくともう棕櫚のバスマットに戯れている。これが好きなようだ。
